Deposit & Financing Policy
To reserve a home in a Worthy-affiliated community, a 10 % deposit is typically required — only after the project developer issues its formal Disclosure Statement and Pre-Sale Contract.
All deposits are held in a licensed, interest-bearing trust account, ensuring funds remain safe, secure, and fully refundable in accordance with regulated real-estate practices.
Worthy provides financing consultation to assist members in preparing for mortgage approval and connects them with trusted mortgage partners who specialize in sustainable and flexible financing solutions.
Our goal is to make regenerative homeownership achievable and secure for every founding member.
